1. Raw material feeding and cleaning section:

1) Raw material sources:

- Granular raw materials: whole grains such as wheat, rice, corn, etc.;

- Powdered raw materials: meat and bone meal, fish meal, etc.

2) Primary tasks: Iron and impurity removal.

3) Main process:

Granular raw materials: raw material feed → lifting → initial screening and cleaning (large impurity removal) → permanent magnet cylinder (iron removal) → entering crushing chamber;

2. Ingredient dosing and mixing section:

3. Raw material crushing section:

5. Pellet extrusion section:

1)Main task: conditioning and extrusion swelling.

- Formation of product shape and taste: By changing the matrix, it can produce granules of various shapes, such as round, heart-shaped, and also regulate their size. At the same time, the high-temperature and high-pressure process imparts a unique flavor to the pellets, eliminates anti-nutrients and harmful microorganisms, improving the hygienic quality of the feed.

6. Feed drying section:

1) Main equipment: Multi-layer reciprocating dryer, heat sources: electricity, gas, and steam.

2) Features: Wet pellets enter the dryer's upper layer, move forward along a stainless steel belt, and enter the next layer for return transport, repeating this process and forming an S-shaped trajectory. This design significantly increases feed drying time in a limited space.

3) Operating principle: Hot air is generated by electricity, gas, or steam and is forced to circulate within, penetrating the pellet bed and removing moisture. Simultaneously, the dehumidification system removes hot, moist air and replaces it with dry air, creating a dynamic equilibrium. 7. Liquid and dry additive spraying section:

1) Primary task: Applying multiple spray layers, each layer impregnated with flavoring. High-quality spraying depends on ensuring efficient and uniform coverage of the surface of each feed pellet with each coating component. The standard sequence is typically as follows: oil spraying → liquid flavor spraying → powder coating.

2) Primary equipment and processes: Spray mixer and vacuum coater.

- High fat content: Allows for the addition of 20-30% or even more fat, significantly exceeding the results of spraying at atmospheric pressure;

8. Finished food packaging section:
