The model of the microwave oven is DXY-20HMV, with four drying chambers and a magnetron power of 20kw. The total dryer power, including the cooler, is approximately 34kw. The microwave unit is water-cooled, ensuring continuous operation. The control system is a PLC touchscreen in Russian and Chinese. The LCD display can be used to monitor the movement of materials inside the drying chamber in real time. The heat transferred by air is transferred from the outside of the material to the inside and is absorbed by both the material and the cold casing of the equipment. Therefore, the heating process will increase the temperature of the equipment and the surrounding environment. Although far-infrared heating, a method popular in recent years, is not a conductive heating method, its infrared lamp's penetrating power is weak, and most of the electromagnetic waves cannot be absorbed by the material during the heating process, resulting in energy loss.

Furthermore, the above-mentioned heating methods require a certain amount of time for the equipment to preheat to a specific temperature before drying. When heating is stopped, the temperature drops for a long time, the heating time is long, and energy consumption is high, which is not conducive to automation and continuous production.
