On December 26, DEXIYA company shipped a tunnel microwave oven for drying and sterilization to Moscow, Russia. The model is DXY-100HMV.

The DXY-100HMV model features 10 drying chambers and measures 13800*1995*2100 mm (L*W*H). Magnetron power is 100kw, resulting in a total power of approximately 128kw. The equipment is water-cooled, ensuring continuous, high-quality operation. It features a Russian-language touchscreen control panel and a monitor for monitoring product movement within the drying chamber.

Working principle of microwave equipment:

ØThe core principle of microwave drying is the "internal heating effect." The main component of the equipment, the magnetron, converts electrical energy into high-frequency electromagnetic waves, typically at 2450MHz, generating microwave energy. The material absorbs this microwave energy and converts it into internal energy (heat), which is then generated simultaneously and uniformly from within the material.

ØTunnel microwave sterilization operates on a similar principle to drying, but its core objective is to inactivate microorganisms, not just remove moisture. It also combines the unique effects of microwave heating with the continuous production advantages of tunnel equipment. It primarily uses a thermal effect to rapidly raise the temperature of the material. The proteins and nucleic acids within microorganisms are highly sensitive to heat, causing irreversible changes in their molecular structure (denaturation, coagulation), thus rendering them biologically inactive. High temperatures also damage the cell membrane and cell wall structure, leading to leakage of cell contents and ultimately, microbial death.
